基于平衡计分卡构建口腔医学教育质量评价体系
An Evaluation System of Stomatology Education Based on Balanced Scorecard
摘要: 根据“健康中国”的战略需求,为了缓解医学人才稀缺的困境必须进一步加快建立高水平的医学高等教育,满足社会对高水平医学人才输出的要求,我们应致力于培养造就基础宽厚、能力卓越、素质优良、医德高尚、富有创新精神的一流口腔医学专业人才。目前高等医学教育积极响应了国家号召,加大了教育资金投入,但是也存在基础医学教学同后期临床医学教学衔接不够等问题,究其根本是其在教育评价环节衔接并不到位。所以要实现高水平的口腔医学人才输出,必须建立起更加科学全面的教育质量评价体系,促进具有理论与实践知识的口腔医学高等教育的进一步发展。
Abstract:
According to the “healthy China” strategic needs, in order to alleviate the plight of medical talent scarcity, to establish a high level of medical higher education must be speeded, to satisfy the social requirement for the medical persons with high levels of output. We should focus on training base generous, excellent ability, excellent quality, noble medical ethics, innovative excellent oral medical professionals. At present, higher medical education has actively responded to the call of the state and increased the investment of education funds, but there are also problems such as insufficient connection between basic medical teaching and clinical medicine teaching in the later stage. The fundamental reason is that the connection in the educational evaluation link is not in place. Therefore, in order to realize the export of high-level stomatological talents, it is necessary to establish a more scientific and comprehensive education quality evaluation system, and promote the further development of higher stomatological education with theoretical and practical knowledge.
