陶行知教师教育思想及其对新时期师范生培养的启示

Tao Xingzhi’s Thought of Teacher Education and Its Enlightenment to the Training of Normal University Students in the New Era

摘要: 具有教育造国理想的近代教育家陶行知在求学经历和办学实践中逐渐形成了系统的教师教育思想。在研读陶行知先生的教育文集和学习其他教育研究者对陶行知思想的解读后发现，陶先生的教师教育思想在教师培养目标、培养方法和培养模式上都有独到的见解，其师范教育以培养教育素养和教学技能兼具的教师为目标，以理论学习和实践教学兼重为培养方法，以师范大学与一线学校联合训练为培育模式。这些育师理念为新时代培养师范生指明了目标，提供了方法，更新了模式。

Abstract: Tao Xingzhi, a modern educator with the ideal of building a nation through education, gradually formed his systematic thought of teacher education in his study experience and school practice. Corpus in the study of Tao Xingzhi’s education and learning other education researchers to Tao’s thoughts after reading found that Mr. Tao’s thought of teacher education in teachers training objectives, training methods and training mode has the original opinion, the aim of his normal education is to cultivate teachers with both educational accomplishment and teaching skills, and the training method is both theoretical learning and practical teaching, and the training mode is the joint training between normal universities and front-line schools. These ideas have pointed out the goal, provided the method and updated the model of training normal university students in the new era.
