摘要: 结肠破裂是妇科术后的严重并发症之一，继发腹膜后脓肿更是十分罕见。本文报道了1例卵巢癌术后并发结肠破裂并继发腹膜后脓肿的患者，以期为临床医师对罕见病例的识别及诊治提供参考。
Abstract: Colon rupture is one of the serious complications of gynecological surgery, secondary retroperitoneal abscesses is very rare. One case of ovarian cancer combined with colon rupture and retroperitoneal abscess is reported and reviewed to provide reference for clinicians’ identification and diagnosis and treatment of rare cases.
