新高考下的数学教师能力要求
On the Ability of Mathematics Teachers under the New College Entrance Examination

摘要: 高考不仅是学生学习上的检测和较量,其实更是对老师教学能力上的一个检测和考量。为培养出德智体美劳全面发展的学生,《总体方案》指出要确立科学的育人目标,确保教育正确发展方向。本文在方案的基础上对新高考下数学教师能力进行讨论。分析表明,为适应新高考要求,数学教师应侧重指导、管理等六个方面的能力的锻炼,只有不断提升和调整教师能力,才能培养出适应社会发展且有价值的学生。
Abstract: The college entrance examination is not only a test and contest for students’ learning, but also a test and consideration for teachers’ teaching ability. In order to cultivate students with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, art and labor, the overall plan points out that it is necessary to establish scientific educational objectives and ensure the correct development direction of education. Based on the scheme, this paper discusses the ability of mathematics teachers under the new college entrance examination. The analysis shows that in order to meet the requirements of the new college entrance examination, mathematics teachers should focus on the training of six aspects of ability, such as guidance and management. Only by continuously improving and adjusting teachers’ ability can we cultivate valuable students who can adapt to social development.
