摘要: 白癜风是一种常见的获得性色素脱失性自身免疫性皮肤病,由于白癜风慢性的不可预测的病程,以及给患者的外貌留下明显的损害,常给患者带来严重的精神心理负担,降低其生活质量。本综述将围绕白癜风相关心理问题的研究进展进行综述,旨在提高临床医生对白癜风患者的心理状态的关注,并加以心理干预,使其保持良好的心理状况,同时也能促进病情的好转。
Abstract: Vitiligo is a common acquired depigmentation autoimmune skin disease. Due to the chronic and unpredictable course of vitiligo and obvious damage to the appearance of patients, it often brings serious mental and psychological burden to patients and reduces their quality of life. This review will focus on the research progress of psychological problems related to vitiligo, in order to improve clinicians’ attention to the psychological state of patients with vitiligo, and give psychological intervention to maintain a good psychological state, and promote the improvement of the condition at the same time.
