定向培养应用型人才实践研究——以成都工业学院紧缺专业本科定向培养班为例

Research and Practice on Directional Training of Applied Talents —Taking Chengdu Institute of Technology Undergraduate Oriented Training Class of Shortage Specialty as an Example

摘要: 分析了贫困地区应用型人才培养必要性，针对四川省深度贫困地区学生实际情况，按照就业单位岗位需求，通过设置针对性强的培养体系，开展定向为四川省深度贫困地区培养应用型人才实践。分析了成都工业学院定向培养应用型环保人才模式的特色，总结了高等教育与精准扶贫的双向互动的优势。

Abstract: The necessity of application-oriented talents training in poor areas is analyzed in this paper. Aiming at the actual situation of students in deep poor areas in Sichuan Province, according to the demand of employment units, the practice of training application-oriented talents for deep poor areas in Si-chuan Province is carried out through the establishment of targeted training system. The characteristics of the oriented training mode of applied environmental protection talents in Chengdu Technological University were analyzed and the advantages of the two-way interaction between higher education and targeted poverty alleviation were summarized.
