校企协同培养研究生模式的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of School-Enterprise Collaborative Training Mode for Postgraduates

摘要: 为满足社会发展对不同类型高层次人才培养需求，武汉大学遥感信息工程学院加强校企合作，提出从校企共建协同培养研究生基地、导师团队模式和协同培养质量监控三方面构建校企协同培养研究生体系，实践表明：校企协同培养研究生取得明显成效，实现了学院、企业、学生三方共赢。校企协同培养研究生确是一种行之有效的研究生培养模式。

Abstract: In order to meet the needs of social development for the cultivation of different types of high-level talents, the School of Remote Sensing and Information Engineering of Wuhan University strengthened the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and a school-enterprise collaborative graduate student training system was proposed, including school-enterprise joint construction of collaborative graduate student training base, tutor team model and collaborative training quality monitoring. The practice shows that the school-enterprise collaborative postgraduate training has achieved remarkable results and realized a win-win situation among colleges, enterprises and students. It is indeed an effective graduate student training mode to train graduate students in cooperation with school and enterprises.
