案例教学法结合翻转课堂教学模式在儿科研究生临床教学中的探索和研究
Exploration and Research on Clinical Teaching of Pediatric Postgraduates by Case Teaching Method with Flipped Classroom
摘要:
儿科研究生教育是对已经具备一定医学基础知识和专业技能的医学毕业生进行再教育,培养高层次儿科专业人才。儿科研究生教学目标是学生具有系统的临床思维,熟练的临床技能,掌握前沿知识,并具有一定的科研能力。同时儿科患儿是一类特殊的群体,病情变化快、临床操作困难等,为儿科研究生教学带来挑战。本次教学改革,主要针对目前儿科研究生教学中存在的“填鸭式”理论教育、学生积极性不高、临床实践能力不足等问题,引入案例教学结合翻转课堂教学模式,从教学目标、教学内容、教学方法以及教学效果四个方面进行改革和评估,以期获得了良好效果,为临床教学的改革提供实践依据和理论指导。
Abstract:
Pediatric graduate education is a kind of re-education for medical graduates who already have some basic medical knowledge and professional skills, which could train high-level pediatric professionals. The teaching goal of pediatric graduate education is to equip the students with systematic clinical thinking, proficient clinical skills, cuttingedge knowledge and certain scientific research ability. Meanwhile, pediatric children are a special group with rapid changes in their condition and difficulties in clinical operation, which brings challenges to the teaching of pediatric graduate students. In view of the existing problems such as “cramming” theory education, low enthusiasm of students and insufficient clinical practice ability in the teaching of pediatric graduate students, this teaching reform introduced case teaching combined with flipped classroom teaching mode and reformed from four aspects of teaching goal, teaching content, teaching method and teaching, which provided the practical basis and theoretical guidance for the reform of clinical teaching.
