新生儿先天性梅毒的研究进展概述

Overview of the Research Progress of Neonatal Congenital Syphilis

摘要: 新生儿先天性梅毒又称为胎传梅毒，为新生儿感染性疾病的一种，与母体梅毒有着密切的关系，严重影响着胎儿的生命健康以及儿童的成长发育。我国梅毒的发病率逐年增高，新生儿先天性梅毒的发病率也随之升高。目前先天性梅毒的诊断仍具挑战性，给临床管理带来了更大的挑战。通过研究国内相关文献，本综述对新生儿先天性梅毒的临床表现、诊断与实验室检查、治疗及预防进行了概述。

Abstract: Neonatal congenital syphilis, also known as fetal syphilis, is a kind of neonatal infectious disease, which is closely related to maternal syphilis. It seriously affects the health of the fetus and the growth and development of children. The incidence rate of syphilis is increasing year by year, and the incidence rate of congenital syphilis in neonates is also increasing. At present, the diagnosis of congenital syphilis is still challenging, which brings greater challenges to clinical management. By studying the relevant domestic literature, this review summarizes the clinical manifestations, diagnosis, laboratory examination, treatment and prevention of neonatal congenital syphilis.
