住院医师规范化培训师资培训班效果评价研究与政策建议
Research and Policy Recommendations on Effectiveness Evaluation of Training Class for Teachers of the Residents
摘要:
目的:了解我院住院医师规范化培训师资培训的效果,发掘提升师资带教能力的方法,探索如何培养优秀的师资队伍,从而为规范今后的师资培训提供重要的依据。方法:采用问卷调查法对参加2021年我院住院医师规范化培训师资培训班的406名师资进行调查。结果:参训学员总体对师资培训的满意度较高,培训内容掌握情况良好,但在培训时间、课程设置等方面还需完善。结论:为今后进一步完善师资培训工作,探索高效同质的师资培训模式,应增强带教意识,提升带教技能;加强政策培训,明确自身职责;探索个性化培训,保证同质化标准。
Abstract:
Objective: To understand the effects of standardized training of residents in our hospital, and explore the ways to improve the teaching ability of teachers, and then explore how to cultivate excellent teachers, so as to provide an important basis for teacher training in the future. Methods: A questionnaire survey method was used to survey 406 teachers who participated in the 2021 training course for teachers in our hospital. Results: The trainees are generally satisfied with this training and have a good grasp of the training content, but the training time and course settings still need to be improved. Conclusions: In order to improve the teacher training and explore efficient and homogeneous training models in the future, it is necessary to enhance teaching awareness and improve teaching skills; and strengthen policy training and clarify their own responsibilities; and explore personalized training to ensure homogenous standards.
