谈德国青少年校外教育工作

摘要: 德国青少年校外教育是青少年教育不可或缺的组成部分，具有悠久的历史，其工作领域极为广泛。完善的校外教育法律体系、多元化的教育机构、递次性的管理机制以及教职人员较高的任职要求使得德国青少年校外教育工作达到了高度专业化与职业化，也为我国校外青少年教育工作提供了诸多启示。
Abstract: German youth off-campus education is an indispensable part of youth education. It has a long history and a wide range of work areas. The perfect legal system of off-campus education, diversified educational institutions, successive management mechanisms and high job requirements for faculty have made the German youth off-campus education work highly specialized and professional, and also provided many enlightenments for our country’s off-campus youth education.
