专业学位硕士研究生“实践育人”培养模式构建与实践研究——以小学教育方向为例

摘要: 加强小学教育专硕综合实践能力培养是实现高学历、高素质、高水平小学教师培养的关键。基于能力本位等理论,结合小学教育专硕育人实际,构建了理论课程注重实践取向、微格教学注重直接经验习得、教育实习注重综合实践能力培养、教育研究侧重区域基础教育热点问题的四位一体的“实践育人”培养体系。该培养体系重视小学教育专硕实践智慧的培养,强化了小学教育专硕知识体系和技能结构的构建,促进了其综合实践能力的培养与发展,也实现了高校与基地学校的协同合作,为兵团乃至新疆输送高素质教师打下了基础。
Abstract: Strengthening the cultivation of comprehensive practical ability for professional master of primary education is the key to achieving high-level, high-quality and high-level primary school teacher training. Based on the theory of CBE, combined with the practice of Professional Master Education in primary education, this paper constructs a four in one “practical education” training system in which theoretical courses pay attention to practice orientation, microteaching pays attention to direct experience acquisition, educational practice pays attention to the cultivation of comprehensive practical ability, and educational research focuses on the hot issues of regional basic education. This cultivation system attaches importance to the cultivation of the practical wisdom of professional master in primary education, strengthens the construction of the knowledge system and skill structure of the master’s degree in elementary education, promotes the cultivation and development of their comprehensive practical ability, and also realizes the cooperation between universi-ties and education science foundation school, which lays a foundation for the XPCC and even Xinjiang to transport high-quality teachers.
