来华留学生法治教育问题及措施

Problems and Measures of Legal Education for Foreign Students in China

摘要: 来华留学生法治教育对于我国提出的面向教育现代化的十大战略中“留学中国”部分具有重要意义，是完成留学中国计划的重要保证，也是来华留学教育质量的重要保障机制。来华留学生法治教育在维护社会稳定、构建高质量来华教育体系中发挥着不可替代的作用，但法治教育还存在着重视程度不够、缺乏专业的师资力量和教材资源、法治教育的教学实践机械等问题。本文依次分析了上述现阶段留学生法治教育教学中面对的主要问题，依据上述问题针对性提供了可行的具体的解决措施：教育主管部门、高等教育院校以及社会力量应当共同行动，提升院校专业留学生法治教育的师资力量，提高对留学生法治教育的重视程度，通过优质的法治教育，推动教育现代化战略，促进中国留学教育的高质量发展。

Abstract: The legal education for foreign students in China is of great significance to the “studying in China” which is part of the ten strategies for educational modernization put forward by China. It is not only an important guarantee for the completion of the plan to study in China, but also an important guarantee mechanism for the quality of education in China. Legal education for foreign students in China plays an irreplaceable role in maintaining social stability and building a high-quality education system in China. However, there are still some problems in legal education, such as insufficient attention, lack of professional teachers and textbook resources, rigid teaching practice of legal education and so on. This paper analyzes the main problems in the legal education and teaching of foreign students at the present stage, and provides feasible and specific solutions according to the above problems: the competent education departments, higher education institutions and social forces should act together to improve the teachers of legal education for foreign students in colleges and universities, and pay more attention to legal education for foreign students. Through high-quality legal education, promote the strategy of educational modernization and promote the high-quality development of China’s overseas education.
