基于自我发展理论的大学生外语创新能力培养研究

摘要: 科技发展需要创新人才,培养大学生外语创新能力是时代赋予我们的使命。然而长期以来的应试教育忽视了学生的主体性,束缚了大学生的自我发展和创新意识。本文通过实证研究发现影响学生外语创新能力的主客观因素,分析了培养大学生外语创新能力的重要意义,基于自我发展理论提出了适合外语创新能力培养的有效措施,将促进语言习得、学科知识获取、创新思维发展、国际视野拓展和人文精神培育都融入到外语教学中。
Abstract: The development of science and technology needs innovative talents; it is our mission to cultivate the foreign language innovation ability for college students. However, the exam-oriented education has neglected the students’ subjectivity for a long time, and it restrains the self-development and innovation consciousness of college students. The paper finds out the subjective and objective factors that affect students’ foreign language innovation ability by means of empirical research, analyzes the significance of cultivating students’ foreign language innovation ability, and puts forward some effective measures for cultivating foreign language innovation ability. The promotion of language acquisition, development of innovative thinking, expansion of international vision and cultivation of humanistic spirit are all integrated into foreign language teaching.
