资质过高研究综述
A Review of the Overqualification Research
摘要: 随着社会生产力的不断发展,员工受教育水平的逐步提升,员工资质过高而导致的问题和产生的影响开始呈现,并逐渐引起企业和学术界的关注。本文分别从资质过高的概念、结构测量、理论基础、前因研究和影响结果五个方面对国内外现有文献进行较新较整合的回顾与梳理,未来可以进行更多的纵向研究和前因研究,更加关注资质过高的积极影响。
Abstract: With the continuous development of social productive forces and the gradual improvement of the education level of employees, the problems and effects caused by over-qualified employees begin to appear, and gradually attract the attention of enterprises and academia. This paper reviews and combs the existing literature at home and abroad from five aspects of the concept, structural measurement, theoretical basis, antecedent research and influence results of excessive qualification. In the future, more longitudinal research and antecedent research can be carried out to pay more attention to the positive impact of excessive qualification.
