地方本科院校转型发展背景下数学与应用数学专业人才培养模式的研究与实践

Research and Practice on Talent Training Mode of Mathematics and Applied Mathematics Specialty under the Background of Transformation and Development of Local Undergraduate Colleges and Universities

摘要: 基于地方本科院校的转型发展，结合地方本科院校数学与应用数学专业人才的培养现状以及社会发展对应用型人才培养的要求，分析了转型发展形势下数学与应用数学专业人才培养模式存在的问题，对数学与应用数学专业应用型人才培养模式进行了探索和研究，提出了一个集人才培养目标、优化课程体系、实践教学环节等方面于一体的人才培养模式改革措施方案。

Abstract: Based on the transformation and development of local undergraduate colleges and universities, combined with the training status of mathematics and applied mathematics professionals in local undergraduate colleges and universities and the requirements of social development for applied talent training, in this paper we analyze the problems existing in the talent training mode of mathematics and applied mathematics under the transformation and development situation, and explore and study the applied talent training mode of mathematics and applied mathematics. Moreover, we put forward a comprehensive scheme for the reform of talent training mode integrating talent training objectives, optimizing curriculum system and practical teaching links.
