以低钾为首发症状的妊娠期干燥综合征误诊为妊娠剧吐一例
A Case of Sjogren’s Syndrome during Pregnancy with Hypokalemia as the First Symptom Misdiagnosed as Hyperemesis Gravidarum

摘要: 干燥综合征由于病情复杂，起病隐匿，临床表现多样，容易被漏诊误诊，其中以低钾血症为首诊症状的患者更容易被漏诊。本院收治一例妊娠剧吐、低钾血症患者，补液、补钾治疗后未见明显好转，进一步完善相关辅助检查，证实为妊娠合并干燥综合症，现报道如下。
Abstract: Sjogren’s syndrome due to its complex conditions, insidious onset, and diverse clinical manifestations, it is easy to be missed and misdiagnosed. Among them, patients with hypokalemia as the first symptoms are more likely to be missed. A patient with hyperemesis gravidarum and hypokalemia was admitted to our hospital. No significant improvement after fluid supplementation and potassium supplementation, further improve related auxiliary inspections, which was further confirmed to be pregnancy complicated with Sjogren’s syndrome. The report is as follows.
