基于电影案例的项目风险管理课程设计

Course Design Based on Movies in Teaching Project Risk Management

摘要: 项目风险管理教学面临的普遍问题是，如何在学生缺乏实际项目经验的情况下，学习项目管理的知识和技能。针对此教学问题，本文提出通过基于电影案例对项目风险管理内容的教学进行新的课程设计。本文介绍了新的课程设计的教学目标和实施过程并讨论了如何进一步完善教学环节。相对于传统的文字材料的案例教学，基于电影案例的教学方式明显提高了学生的学习兴趣，取得了良好的教学效果。

Abstract: How do students learn project management knowledge and skills when they lack practical project management experience? It is a common problem faced by teaching project risk management course. This paper proposes a new course content design method to solve this problem, introduces the teaching objectives and implementation process of the new method, and discusses how to improve the practice of teaching. Compared with the traditional case only with written materials, the new method has improved students’ interest in learning and achieved better teaching outcome.
