地方高校教考分离模式的探索
The Exploration on the Separation Mode of Teaching and Testing in Local Universities
摘要:
文章探讨了教考分离不仅可以改善学生学习效果,也能提升教师教学能力,通过教与学双向互促推动教学过程进入良性循环的机制。通过试题库生成命题、课程团队集体命题、校际联合命题等多种形式的教考分离实践,有助于教师转变教学理念,促进教师授课水平提高;检验课程目标达成度,践行OBE教育模式;有效诊断和改进课程教学质量,对重构课程体系和优化课程内容发挥重要作用。教考分离构建以学论教的教学评价体系,让学生动起来忙起来,促进学风建设;让学生成为课堂主角,培养主动学习和自主探索能力,推动以学生学习成果为导向的金课建设。
Abstract:
The article reveals that separation of teaching and testing can not only improve students’ learning effects, but also enhance teachers’ teaching abilities. The mutual promotion of teaching and learning can promote the teaching process into a virtuous circle. The practice of separating teaching and testing through various forms of propositions generated by the test question bank, collective propositions of the course team, interschool joint propositions, etc., helps teachers change their teaching concepts and promotes the improvement of teachers’ teaching level. Test the achievement of curriculum goals and practice the OBE education model; effectively diagnose and improve the quality of curriculum teaching, which plays an important role in restructuring the curriculum system and optimizing curriculum content. Separate teaching and examination aims to build a teaching evaluation system based on learning and teaching, so that students can get busy and promote the construction of atmosphere of study; we should let students become the protagonist of the classroom, cultivate their ability of active learning and independent exploration, and promote the construction of golden courses oriented by students’ learning achievements.
