恶性潜能未定的平滑肌肿瘤1例并文献复习

One Case of Smooth Muscle Tumor with Undetermined Malignant Potential and Literature Review

摘要: 绝大多数子宫平滑肌瘤可根据病理学特征明确良、恶性，但其组织病理学形态及生物学行为表现多样，少数平滑肌肿瘤分类不明确，不能明确诊断为平滑肌肉瘤，但也不完全符合平滑肌瘤或其亚型诊断标准，可能具有恶性生物学行为的平滑肌肿瘤归于恶性潜能未定的平滑肌肿瘤(smooth muscletumor of uncertain malignant potential, STUMP)，目前关于STUMP的诊断、分类及治疗尚无共识，且缺乏大样本研究数据，常以个案报道分析其特征。本文回顾性分析1例STUMP患者的临床病理特征，结合相关文献探讨STUMP的临床表现、诊断、治疗及预后特征。

Abstract: The vast majority of uterine leiomyoma can be defined as benign or malignant according to pathological characteristics, but its histomathological morphology and biological behavior are diverse. A few smooth muscle tumors are not clearly classified and cannot be clearly diagnosed as leiomyosarcoma, but they do not fully meet the diagnostic criteria for leiomyoma or its subtypes. Smooth muscletumor of uncertain malignant potential (STUMP) may be classified as smooth muscletumor of uncertain malignant potential. Currently, there is no consensus on the diagnosis, classification and treatment of the STUMP. In addition, due to the lack of large sample data, the characteristics are often analyzed by case reports. This paper retrospectively analyzed the clinicopathological characteristics of one case of stump-infected patient, and combined with relevant literature to discuss the clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the stump-infected patient.
