新零售线上线下的结合
Combination of New Retail Online and Offline
摘要: 科学技术的不断进步和日新月异的市场环境变化,使得商品交易在线上与日俱增,生意蒸蒸日上、如火如荼,遍布了各行各业;突飞猛进的交易量和交易金额让我们看到,当下线上的交易规模远远超过了传统的线下门店交易量。从历史数据可以看出,新零售模式实现了线上订单和线下体验的优势互补、扬长避短、资源整合,协同、集成、网络、数字和智能等等,这些无不凸显呈现着新零售业态的特征。新零售企业,发展势头迅猛,盛况空前,未来可期。然而,事物总是存在两面性,面对跃进式发展的新零售,我们应该客观加以分析,理性对待时下的这种零售业态,看到市场繁荣背后的隐忧和不足,以使其更加健康更加均衡地发展。
Abstract: With the continuous progress of science and technology and the ever-changing market environment, commodity trading online is increasing day by day, and business is booming and in full swing, covering all walks of life. With the rapid growth of transaction volume and amount, we can see that the transaction scale of offline stores far exceeds that of traditional offline stores. It can be seen from the historical data that the new retail model realizes the complementary advantages of online orders and offline experience, strengths and weaknesses, and resource integration. Collaboration, integration, network, digital and intelligence, all of which highlight the characteristics of the new retail format. New retail enterprises are developing rapidly and unprecedentedly, and the future can be expected. However, things always have two sides. In the face of the new retail development of leapfrog development, we should objectively analyze, rationally treat this current retail format, and see the hidden worries and deficiencies behind the market prosperity, so as to make it develop more healthily and balanced.
