摘要: 目的：探讨加热垫的应用对经直肠前列腺活检患者疼痛和焦虑的影响。方法：实验研究在我院泌尿外科进行，将120名男性随机分为两组：实验组(n = 60)和对照组(n = 60)。实验组在经直肠前列腺活检术中将加热垫(40℃~45℃)应用于骶部。应用状态–特质焦虑问卷(STAI)和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)收集数据。结果：实验组的VAS和STAI评分均低于对照组(P < 0.001)。结论：在经直肠前列腺穿刺活检术中应用加热垫可以减轻患者的疼痛、焦虑和苦恼。
Abstract: Objective: The objective is to explore the effect of heating pad on the pain and anxiety of patients undergoing transrectal prostate biopsy. Methods: The study was conducted in our hospital’s urology department. A total of 120 males were nonrandomly divided into two groups: experimental group (n = 60) and control group (n = 60). The experimental group applied a heating pad (40˚C~45˚C) to the sacrum during transrectal prostate biopsy. Data were collected using the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) and the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Results: The experimental group showed significantly lower VAS and STAI scores compared with the control group (P < 0.001). Conclusion: The application of heating pads in transrectal prostate biopsy can relieve patients’ pain, anxiety and distress.
