西安公共体育服务现状与发展对策研究

Research on the Present Situation and Development Countermeasures of Public Sports Service in Xi’an

摘要: 本研究从健康中国的战略背景出发，就西安公共体育服务的现状进行调查，并旨在完成现状的深度剖析后制定优化方案，让西安公共体育服务体系更加完善和具体，响应健康中国提出的战略目标与要求。通过文献资料、问卷调查以及实地调查等多种研究方法，深入到西安公共体育服务的实际，使研究内容更具体，选题的研究方向更明确，且研究成果将直接应用到西安公共体育服务的实践中，为公共体育服务体系走向完善打好基础。影响西安公共体育服务因素为供给与需求两者不匹配，具体表现为公共体育服务供给无法满足群众的公共体育锻炼需要；西安市公共体育服务在资金支持、场地设施、组织管理、活动内容、信息咨询以及健身指导服务等多方面做的并不理想，从而有针对性地提出可行性方案，可在根本上优化西安市公共体育服务环境，制定可持续发展策略，为本地区公共体育服务的健康发展提供有力依据。

Abstract: Starting from the strategic background of healthy China, this study investigates the present situation of Public Sports Service in Xi’an, and aims to make an optimized plan after the in-depth analysis of the present situation, so as to make the public sports service system in Xi’an more perfect and concrete, responding to the strategic objectives and requirements of healthy China. Through a variety of research methods, such as literature review, questionnaire survey and on-the-spot investigation, this paper goes deep into the reality of Public Sports Service in Xi’an, making the research content more specific and the research direction more clear, and the research results will be directly applied to the Public Sports Service in Xi'an practice, for the Public Sports Service System to improve the foundation. The influence factor of Public Sports Service in Xi'an is the mismatch be-tween supply and demand, which is embodied in the fact that the public sports service cannot meet the public sports training needs of the masses, Public Sports Services in Xi’an are not ideal in terms of financial support, venue facilities, organization and management, event content, information consultation and fitness guidance services, it can fundamentally optimize the public sports service environment in Xi’an, formulate sustainable development strategy, and provide a strong basis for the healthy development of public sports services in the region.
