Pelvic Leiomyosarcoma: A Case Report

摘要: 平滑肌肉瘤是一种间叶源性恶性肿瘤，起源于平滑肌细胞或向平滑肌分化的间叶细胞，可发生于胃肠道、子宫、浅表皮肤或胸腹壁软组织。其恶性程度高，为侵袭性恶性肿瘤，易侵犯或包裹重要的血管和神经，对放化疗均不十分敏感，且术后易复发。

Abstract: Leiomyosarcomas is a mesenchymal malignant tumor that arises from smooth muscle cells or mesenchymal cells that differentiate into smooth muscle and can occur in the gastrointestinal tract, uterus, superficial skin, or soft tissues of the thoracic and abdominal walls. It is an aggressive malignant tumor with a high degree of malignancy. It is easy to invade or wrap important blood vessels and nerves. It is not very sensitive to radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and it is easy to relapse after surgery.
