大学生社会支持问卷的编制及相关研究
Development and Related Research of College Students’ Social Support Questionnaire
摘要: 目的:探讨大学生的社会支持构成因素,并编制有效的测量问卷。方法:通过开放式与结构式访谈收集大学生社会支持获得情况,以肖水源的社会支持三因素模型为依托编制了一套包含30个条目的大学生社会支持问卷,并在此基础上探索了大学生主观支持、客观支持、支持利用度与其抑郁状态的关系。结论:自编的大学生社会支持问卷具有良好的信效度;大学生的主观支持、客观支持以及支持利用度可以显著负向预测其抑郁水平,是个体心理健康的保护因素。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the college students’ social support factors and establish a perfect evaluation system. Methods: Through the open and structured interview collecting college students’ social support are available to Shuiyuan Xiao’s social support three factors model as the foundation to produce a contains 30 items of college students’ social support assessment scale. On this basis, the relationship between college students’ subjective support, objective support, support utilization and their depression was explored. Conclusion: Designed of college students social support system evaluation scale had good reliability and validity. In addition, college students’ subjective support, objective support and support utilization can significantly negatively predict their depression level, which is a protective factor for individual mental health.
