国际贸易体系下的循环钢铁经济影响初探

摘要: 虽然废钢循环利用具有较多优势,但国际贸易体系下其政策战略对区域经济、各行业发展、贸易都会产生影响,需要进行综合评估。本文主要利用CGE模型从产业层面(采矿、钢铁生产、下游产业)以及宏观经济层面(GDP、贸易、出口)探讨循环钢铁不同途径下竞争力变化,实现全球钢铁行业循环经济政策的经济框架,有助于预测新兴经济体的经济状况与发展趋势。
Abstract: Although the recycling of scrap steel has many advantages, its policies and strategies under the in-ternational trade system will have an impact on regional economy, development of various indus-tries and trade, which needs to be comprehensively evaluated. This paper mainly uses CGE model to explore the changes of competitiveness of circular steel in different ways from the industrial level (mining, steel production, downstream industries) and macroeconomic level (GDP, trade and ex-port), so as to realize the economic framework of circular economy policy of global steel industry, which is helpful to predict the economic situation and development trend of emerging economies.
