摘要: 文章基于我国电网企业加入GPA的背景，通过梳理GPA采购规则与电网企业招标采购制度，通过规则比较识别出两套采购规则存在的差异，总结GPA规则差异产生的影响，为电网企业加入GPA面对的影响提供解决思路和策略制定，从而支持GPA框架下电网企业采购制度的修订。
Abstract: Based on the background of China’s power grid enterprises joining GPA, this paper sorted out GPA procurement rules, the bidding procurement system of power grid enterprises and the differences between two sets of procurement rules through the comparison of rules. In order to help the power grid enterprises to join GPA in the future, this paper also summarized different strategies and solutions to support the revision of procurement system of power grid enterprises under GPA frame-work.
