Transjugular Liver Biopsy: Tips and Tricks
摘要: 经颈静脉肝活检术(TJLB)是一种重要的、相对安全的替代传统的经皮肝活检术的方法，特别是对于有凝血功能障碍及大量腹水、肥胖的患者。在本文中，我们总结2018年6月至2019年12月35例在我科接受经颈静脉肝组织活检术患者的术前准备、术中配合及术后并发症三方面的临床观察和执行措施，发现颈静脉肝组织活检术的术前准备、熟练的操作技术及故障排除、常见并发症的预防及处理对手术的成功起关键作用。
Abstract: Transjugular liver biopsy (TJLB) is an important and relatively safer alternative to the traditional method of percutaneous liver biopsy, especially in patients with coagulation disorders, large amounts of ascites and obesity. In this article, we summarized the clinical observation and implementation measures of 35 patients who received TJLB in our department from June 2018 to December 2019 in three aspects: Preoperative preparation, intraoperative cooperation and postoperative complications. It was found that preoperative preparation, skilled technique and troubleshooting, prevention and management of common complications played a key role in the success of TJLB.
