中职生班级自主管理模式实施策略研究
Research on the Implementation Strategy of Class Self-Management Model for Secondary Vocational Students
摘要: 随着班级管理在学校管理中的作用的凸显,我国中职教育正在探索能够实现学生自我管理、自我服务、自我教育、自我监督的有效班级管理模式,并正在积极推行班级自主管理。本文结合国内外相关的研究成果,以及研究者在自己所带班级的自主管理的实践,总结出实施班级自主管理需要分阶段开展,并梳理出了班级自主管理各阶段中具体的工作内容。期望能够为中职院校开展班级自主管理提供参考借鉴。
Abstract:
As the growth of the role of class management in the management of school, the secondary vocational education is exploring the effective class management mode which can achieve students’ self-management, self-service, self-education, self-monitoring, and is actively promoting class-self management. This paper based on the relative studies both at home and abroad, as well as the re-searcher’s practice of self-management in her own class, concluded the implementation of class self-management needs to be carried out in stages, and ordered the specific work content in each stage. Expect to provide a reference for secondary vocational colleges to carry out class-self management.
