摘要: 针对大学生创新型团队在构建和培育方面,存在协同创新力量整合不足、团队和个人成长过程中的综合素质提升等问题,提出4D-HOPE校企协同育人新模式。依托院系校企行协同平台,以ACM团队为实践对象,践行了以双互助为手段,以双开放为平台,以双视角为途径,以双提升为目标的集平台建设、资源建设、教学评价方式改革等融为一体的育人改革途径。校企行协同,促进团队成长与个人成长的统一,循序渐进协同培养学生的应用创新能力和社会适应能力。
Abstract: In view of the problems existing in the construction and cultivation of innovative team of college students, such as insufficient integration of collaborative innovation forces and improvement of comprehensive quality in the process of team and individual growth, a new mode of 4D-HOPE school-enterprise collaborative education was proposed. Relying on the collaborative platform of colleges, departments, universities, enterprises and banks and taking ACM team as the practice object, the educational reform approach of integrating platform construction, resource construction and teaching evaluation method reform with double mutual assistance as the means, double opening as the platform, double perspectives as the approach and double promotion as the goal has been practiced. School-enterprise cooperation promotes the unity of team growth and individual growth, step by step to jointly cultivate students’ application innovation ability and social adaptability.
