基于分子动力学理论的汽车气动噪声分析

Analysis of Automobile Aerodynamic Noise Based on Molecular Dynamics Theory

摘要: 汽车高速行驶时所产生的气动噪声与车辆乘坐舒适性息息相关，消费者对汽车噪声的要求也越来越高。本文利用基于分子动力学算法的气动噪声计算软件对高速行驶的某型号汽车进行了外流场瞬态计算，并对车外气动噪声进行了仿真分析。得到了汽车外流场气动噪声源的主要部位，并针对这些部位对车外监测点的噪声影响做了定量分析，得到了各个监测点上的声压频谱图，结果表明车身前脸、后视镜、A柱、前轮雨刮器这些暴露在高速气流中的部件噪声较为严重，可以针对性进行优化设计。

Abstract: The aerodynamic noise generated by high-speed driving is closely related to vehicle ride comfort, and consumers have higher and higher requirements for vehicle noise. In this paper, the aerodynamic noise calculation software based on molecular dynamics algorithm is used to calculate the transient flow field of a high-speed vehicle, and the aerodynamic noise outside the vehicle is simulated and analyzed. The main parts of the aerodynamic noise source of the vehicle outflow field are obtained, and the impact of these parts on the noise of the monitoring points outside the vehicle is quantitatively analyzed, and the sound pressure spectrum of each monitoring point is obtained. The results show that the noise of the components exposed to the high-speed air flow such as the front face of the vehicle body, rear-view mirror, A-pillar and front wheel wiper is serious, which can be optimized.
