摘要: 总结了1例中长导管穿刺误入胸壁静脉的处理和体会，分析相关因素，认为应该推广中长导管相关知识和护理技能、置管和维护专业化、运用超声技术评估导管位置和优化置管流程，以降低导管异位发生，减少并发症，提高患者满意度。
Abstract: Summarize the treatment and experience of a case of puncture of a midline catheter erroneously into the internal thoracic vein, analyzes related factors, and obtained that the knowledge and nursing skills of midline catheters should be promoted, catheterization and maintenance specialization, and using ultrasound technology to evaluate catheter position and optimize catheterization Process to reduce the occurrence of catheter ectopic, reduce complications, and improve patient satisfaction.
