急性心梗PCI术后患者心脏康复的现状及其进展
Current Status and Progress of Cardiac Rehabilitation in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction after PCI
摘要: 近年来，我国因心血管疾病死亡的人数逐年增加，目前已经成为我国城乡居民死亡的首要原因。心脏康复是针对经历心血管病的患者，给予一个完整的康复计划，从生活方式到运动训练，使其获得更好的预后。目前随着介入技术逐步成熟，如何管理此类患者，降低其死亡率、再住院率及发生心血管不良事件发生率就是当务之急。本文旨在研究近10年来的文献，用以阐述目前心脏康复的现状和未来的研究方向，以更好地探索最佳的心脏康复模式。
Abstract: In recent years, the number of deaths caused by cardiovascular diseases in China has been increasing year by year, and it has become the leading cause of death for urban and rural residents in China. Cardiac rehabilitation is a comprehensive rehabilitation program for patients who have experienced cardiovascular disease, from lifestyle to exercise training, to achieve a better prognosis. At present, with the gradual maturity of interventional technology, how to manage such patients, reduce their mortality rate, readmission rate and incidence of adverse cardiovascular events is a top priority. The purpose of this paper is to study the literature in the last 10 years, in order to expound the current situation and future research direction of cardiac rehabilitation, so as to better explore the best model of cardiac rehabilitation.
