角色理论视角下医学生实习期间由学生向医生角色转换的思考

Thinking on the Role Transformation of Medical Students from Students to Doctors during Internship from the Perspective of Role Theory

摘要: 实习是医学教育中的重要阶段，是医学生学习将理论知识运用到实践活动的过程，实习效果和实习质量决定着医学生未来的临床诊治水平。在实习期间，医学生要顺利完成从学生到医生的角色转换，需要解决角色适应不良、角色冲突等问题。在角色理论视角下，文章主要阐述了医学生实习期间角色转换过程中存在的一些问题，并针对这些问题，从学生个人层面、学校层面、医院层面以及社会层面提出一些对策和建议，帮助医学生在实习期间顺利完成从学生到医生的角色转换。

Abstract: Practice is an important stage in medical education and a process in which medical students learn to apply theoretical knowledge to practical activities. The effect and quality of practice determine the clinical diagnosis and treatment level of medical students in the future. During the internship, medical students need to successfully complete the role transition from student to doctor, so they need to solve the role maladjustment, role conflict and other problems. Under the role theory Angle of view, this article mainly expounds some problems existing in the role transformation process of medical students during internship, and, in view of these questions from the students’ individual level, school level, hospital level and social level, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, to help medical students in internship smoothly to transit from students to doctors.
