“互联网+护理”服务对妇科癌症患者术后生存质量及社会支持的影响

The influence of “Internet + Nursing” Service on Postoperative Quality of Life and Social Support of Gynecological Can-cer Patients

摘要: 目的：探讨“互联网+护理”服务对妇科癌症患者术后生存质量及社会支持的影响。方法：选取妇科癌症手术患者100例作为研究对象，采用随机数表法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组予以常规护理，观察组采取“互联网+护理”服务。观察两组的生存质量评分(Quality of Life, QOL)和社会支持评定量表(Social Support Rating Scale, SSRS)评分情况。结果：两组干预前的生存质量评分差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。干预后，观察组的生存质量评分显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。两组干预前的社会支持评分差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。干预后，观察组的社会支持评分显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：“互联网+护理”服务能够提升妇科癌症患者术后生存质量及社会支持。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of “Internet + nursing” service on postoperative quality of life and social support of gynecological cancer patients. Methods: 100 patients with gynecological cancer surgery were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received “Internet + nursing” service. Quality of Life Score (QOL) and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) were observed. Results: There was no significant difference in the quality of life score between the two groups before intervention (P > 0.05). After the intervention, the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in social support scores between the two groups before intervention (P > 0.05). After the intervention, the social support score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: “Internet + nursing” service can improve the quality of life and social support of gynecological cancer patients after surgery.
