产教融合背景下机械类专业“双师双工作室”人才培养模式探索
Exploration on the Talent Cultivation Mode of “Double Teachers and Double Studios” for Mechanical Majors under the Background of Industry-Education Integration
摘要: 随着中国制造2025推进,传统的粗犷型机械类专业人才培养模式与制造类企业对人才需求精细化的矛盾日益凸显,本文探索“双师双工作室”的人才培养模式,即构建校企“双主体、双工作室”的人才培养体系、建立双工作室、双导师模式的校内外实践基地、建立“引企入教、入企挂职”双向流通机制,让学生从毕业到工作岗位实现无缝对接,解决人才培养模式滞后于产业发展需求的问题、实践教学内容和资源匮乏的问题、教师实践经验不足和企业导师教学经验不足的矛盾等。
Abstract:
With the promotion of Made in China 2025, the contradiction between the traditional rugged me-chanical professional talent training mode and the refined talent demand of manufacturing en-terprises is becoming increasingly prominent. This paper explores the talent training mode of “double teachers and double studios”. That is, to establish a university-enterprise talent cultiva-tion system of “double main bodies and double studios”, to establish a practice base of “double studios and double tutors” mode, and to establish a two-way circulation mechanism of “introducing enterprises to teaching and taking temporary jobs at the enterprises”, so that students can achieve seamless connection from graduation to work, and so as to solve the problem of talent training mode lagging behind the needs of industrial development, the lack of practical teaching content and resources, and the contradiction between the lack of practical experience of teachers and the lack of teaching experience of enterprise tutors.
