将团队精神融入物理实验教学的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Integrating Team Spirit into Physics Experiment Teaching

摘要: 文章在对团队精神培养的意义、要素进行理论研究的基础上，结合当代大学生心理特点和在团队精神方面存在的问题，设计了组队竞技的教学方式，将团队精神培养渗透于大学物理实验的学习中。通过对两个平行教学班共计200名学生进行对比试验，比较不同教学方法在培养学生团队精神方面的效果。

Abstract: Based on the theoretical research on the significance and elements of the cultivation of team spirit, combined with the psychological characteristics of contemporary college students and the problems existing in team spirit, this paper designs the teaching method of team competition, so as to infiltrate the cultivation of team spirit into the study of college physics experiment. Through the comparative experiment of 200 students in two parallel teaching classes, this paper compares the effects of different teaching methods in cultivating students’ team spirit.
