居家养老志愿服务新模式研究——以东莞市D敬老志愿服务项目为例

Study on the New Model of Voluntary Service for the Aged at Home—Taking Dongguan D Volunteer Service Project for Respect for the Elderly as an Example

摘要: 随着老龄化问题的加剧，引入居家养老志愿服务，对解决养老难题具有重要意义。本文采用个案研究方法对东莞市D敬老志愿服务项目进行深入研究，并通过参与式观察法与访谈法搜集相关数据。本文结合所搜集的项目资料，分析出本项目创新点。总结、对比当前居家养老志愿服务存在的问题，并得出居家养老志愿服务需要丰富志愿资源，提高资源稳定性；强化管理，建立与完善志愿者培训制度；推动居家养老志愿服务向自治化发展；多角度提供服务，提高老年社会福利水平的结论。

Abstract: With the aging problem, the introduction of home endowment volunteer service, to solve the pension problem is of great significance. In this paper, the case study method is adopted to con-duct in-depth research on Dongguan D Volunteer Service Project for Respect for the Elderly, through participatory observation method and interview method to collect the relevant data. Combined with the collected project data, this paper analyzes and summarizes the innovation points of this project. It summarizes and compares the problems existing in the current home-based pension voluntary service, and concludes that home-based pension voluntary service needs to enrich voluntary resources and improve the stability of resources; strengthen management, establish and perfect volunteer training system; promote the development of home-based elderly care volunteer service to autonomy; provide services from various angles to improve the social welfare level of the elderly.
