大学生心理健康教育课程的创新与实践——体验式教学的应用

Innovation and Practice of College Students’ Mental Health Education Curriculum—Application of Experiential Teaching

摘要: 心理健康教育课作为大学生心理健康教育工作的主体部分，是开展心理健康教育、提高学生心理素养的重要途径。然而，许多高校的心理健康课程在取得积极成果的同时，未能科学地将人才培养目标与学生的心理特点相结合，存在针对性和实效性不高的问题。对此，文章提出了应该构建一门以活动为载体、以体验为核心、自助助人的体验式心理健康教育课程。

Abstract: Mental health education, as the main part of the mental health education of college students, is an important way to develop mental health education and improve students’ psychological literacy. However, while the mental health courses of many colleges and universities have achieved positive results, they have failed to scientifically combine the training goals of talents with the psychological characteristics of students, and there are problems of low pertinence and low effectiveness. In this regard, this article proposes to build an experiential mental health education course with activities as the carrier, experience as the core, and self-help.
