基于SWOT分析的王万保果品种植专业合作社发展策略研究

Research on the Development Strategy of Wang Wanbao Fruit Planting Professional Cooperative Based on SWOT Analysis

摘要: 山西省临猗县的苹果产业作为其支柱性产业，对拉动临猗县的经济发展发挥了重大作用。随着临猗县苹果快速发展并远销国外，就出现了果品种植专业合作社。本文通过介绍山西临猗县王万保果品种植专业合作社的发展概况，重点分析了其独特的营销模式，并基于SWOT分析法对其合作社的利弊及面临的机遇和威胁进行详细分析，通过实地调研对其存在的问题提出切实可行性的对策建议，以促进其合作社健康持久发展。

Abstract: The apple industry in Linyi County, Shanxi Province, as its pillar industry, has played an important role in driving the economic development of Linyi County. With the rapid development of apple in Linyi County and exported abroad, there has been a professional fruit planting cooperative. This paper introduces the development of Wang Wanbao fruit planting professional cooperative in Linyi County, Shanxi Province, focuses on its unique marketing model, makes a detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of its cooperative based on SWOT analysis, and puts forward practical and feasible countermeasures and suggestions for its existing problems through field investigation, so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of its cooperative.
