摘要: 首先回顾了大类招生改革的背景，然后给出了大类招生和专业分流需要面对和解决的问题。其次，给出了关于大类招生和专业分流新的建议和其优点。最后，基于钱学森大成教育给出了学制改革的建议，以及实施相关教育改革的步骤。

Abstract: This paper first reviews the background of the reform of recruitment by category, and then gives the problems that recruitment by category and specialty division need to face and solve. Secondly, new suggestions and advantages about recruitment by category and division of specialties are given. Finally, based on Qian Xuesen’s adult education, this paper gives some suggestions on the reform of the school system and the steps to carry out the related education reform.
