区块链在人力资源服务业中的创新运用研究

摘要: 大数据时代背景下,区块链的日益成熟,为人力资源服务业的发展提供了新的契机。本文从区块链这一新兴技术出发,分析传统人力资源服务行业存在的问题,并将区块链技术创新性地与人力资源服务业相结合,构想出了基于区块链技术的人力资源服务平台,并以此平台为中心,将求职者、企业、合作伙伴和政府连接起来,积极探索区块链技术在人力资源服务业中的创新运用。最后,总结出将区块链运用到人力资源服务平台中对企业、求职者和平台的作用,为传统人力资源服务行业提供一定的参考和建议。
Abstract: In the era of big data, the increasingly mature blockchain provides a new opportunity for the development of human resource services. Starting from the emerging technology of blockchain, this paper analyses the problems in the traditional human resource service industry and envisages a human resource service platform based on blockchain technology, which innovatively combines blockchain technology with human resource service industry. It is centered on this platform to connect enterprises, job hunters, partners and government, and it actively explores the innovative application of blockchain technology in human resource service industry. Finally, the paper summarizes the role of applying blockchain to human resource service industry for enterprises, job hunters and the platform, and provides some references and suggestions for traditional human resource service industry.
