摘要: 本文从一件通过文字记载的内容难以直接获得精准完整发明构思的实际案例出发,探讨了通过“反馈式”渐进检索现有技术整体发展状况、技术发展脉络或技术原理等现有技术,来不断充分站位本领域技术人员,准确理解发明构思,进而根据构思,采取“排除不利条件法”调整检索策略,高效检索得到最接近的现有技术。这对于实际检索中高效检索得到最接近的现有技术具有一定的借鉴意义。
Abstract: This article starts from an actual case which is difficult to directly obtain an accurate and complete invention idea through the written content, and explores the use of feedback progressive search for the prior art, such as the overall development status, technical development context or technical principles. We strive to be a better skilled person in the art to accurately understand the inventive idea, and then adopt the method of excluding disadvantages to adjust the search strategy according to the inventive idea, thus obtaining the closest prior art. It has certain reference significance for searching and obtaining the closest prior art efficiently.
