从三焦论治IgA肾病

Treatment of IgA Nephropathy from Sanjiao

摘要: IgA肾病是临床常见的原发性肾小球疾病，治疗不当易发展成终末期肾病，其发病机制尚未完全明确，治疗缺乏特异性，西医主要使用激素及免疫抑制剂，联合中医药治疗可有效减轻毒副作用。三焦理论是中医经典理论，对IgA肾病的辨证论治有较强的临床指导意见，通过对IgA肾病的症候进行分析，探讨与上、中、下三焦脏腑的关系并加以治疗，以期为IgA肾病的防治提供新的思路和方法。

Abstract: IgA nephropathy is a common clinical primary glomerular disease, which is prone to develop into end-stage nephropathy due to improper treatment. The pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy is not completely clear, and the treatment lacks specificity. Western medicine mainly uses hormones and immunosuppressants, combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment can effectively reduce the toxic and side effects. The Sanjiao theory is the classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine, which has strong clinical guidance for the treatment of IgA nephropathy based on syndrome differentiation. Through analyzing the symptoms of IgA nephropathy, the relationship between the upper, middle and lower Sanjiao viscera and the treatment is discussed, in order to provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of IgA nephropathy.
