公交立体综合车场运营管理费用研究

Study on Operation and Management Cost of Bus Multi-Storey Parking Complex

摘要: 公交立体综合车场的规划建设能够有效解决城市土地资源紧缺的问题，近年来得到不少城市的青睐。但目前国内缺乏此类场站的相关运营管理服务费用指标，难以保障车场运营服务的可持续。本文总结公交立体综合车场的基本情况，重点研究公交立体综合车场的运营管理费用构成、费用标准、取费子项，并给出车场各功能区的运营管理费用计算公式，为测算总体运营管理费用提供建议和借鉴。

Abstract: In recent years, planning and building bus multi-storey parking complex can effectively solve the problem of shortage of urban land resources, which has been favored by many cities. However, there is a lack of relevant operation management service cost index of this kind of depot in China, which is difficult to ensure the sustainable operation service of the depot. This paper summarizes the basic situation of the bus multi-storey parking complex, focuses on the study of the composition of bus multi-storey parking complex operation and management cost, cost standard, collection fee sub-items, and gives the calculation formula of the operation and management cost of each functional area of the parking complex, so as to provide suggestions and reference for calculating the overall operation and management cost.
