腹股沟疝术后并发症的危险因素浅析

摘要: 从医学发展开始，腹股沟疝才被人类正确的认识，它是外科中常见的疾病之一，随着腹股沟疝病情的加重，患者会出现一定程度上的不适感，对正常的生活带来诸多的不便，同时给患者身心带来一定的负担。而腹股沟疝最佳的治疗方法是给予患者手术治疗。手术就意味着可能出现术后相关并发症，例如术区血管损伤、术后伤口感染、腹股沟区疼痛及术后再次复发。但是目前对腹股沟疝术后并发症的危险因素分析相对较少。因此，本文主要针对腹股沟疝术后并发症的危险因素进行一个综述，为腹股沟疝患者的临床治疗提供理论参考。
Abstract: From the development of medicine, inguinal hernia has been correctly recognized by human beings. It is one of the common diseases in surgery. With the aggravation of inguinal hernia condition, patients will have a certain degree of discomfort, bring much inconvenience to normal life, and bring a certain burden to patients’ physical and mind. The best treatment for groinal hernia is to give patients surgical treatment. Surgery means possible postoperative complications, such as vascular injury in the surgical area, postoperative wound infection, pain in the groinal area, and postoperative recurrence. However, there are relatively few risk factors analyzed for complications after inguinal hernia. Therefore, this paper mainly presents a review of the risk factors for complications after inguinal hernia, to provide a theoretical reference for the clinical treatment of patients with inguinal hernia.
