摘要: 中国建设创新型国家需要大量高素质应用型人才，高等职业教育承担起面向现代化产业生产一线培养应用型人才的主要任务。职业教育应用型人才培养模式从提高应用型人才的综合素质、技术实践能力和创新能力等方面入手，培育出适应现代化产业技术“卓越工匠”。

Abstract: A large amount of high-quality applied talents are required in order to make our country more innovative. Advanced vocational education undertakes the main task of cultivating applied talents for the front line of modern industrial production. The training mode of applied talents in vocational education starts with improving the comprehensive quality, technical practice ability and innovation ability of applied talents. In this way, “excellent craftsmen” who adapt to modern industrial technology can be cultivated.
