甘肃张掖地区妊娠晚期血清甲状腺激素参考值范围的研究

摘要: 目的:研究甘肃张掖市妇女妊娠晚期血清甲状腺激素医学参考值范围。方法:收集2020年1月至2021年9月在河西学院附属张掖人民医院妇产科门诊产检及住院待产的单胎妊娠孕晚期孕妇。通过对其详细询问病史、体格检查、调查问卷等形式入选120例孕晚期孕妇。Siemens ADVIA Centaur XP检测仪检测血清促甲状腺激素(TSH)﹑游离甲状腺素(FT4)﹑游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)﹑三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)﹑甲状腺素(T4)﹑抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(Anti-TPO)﹑抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb),并对结果进行统计分析,建立张掖市妊娠晚期甲状腺激素医学参考值范围。结果:甘肃张掖市妊娠期FT3值范围在孕晚期为3.82~4.41 pmol/L,FT4值范围在孕晚期为10.29~12.42 pmol/L,T3值范围在孕晚期为1.79~2.38 nmol/L,T4值范围在孕晚期为106.86~159.52 nmol/L,TSH参考值范围在孕晚期为1.44~3.45 uIUm/L,TPO参考值范围在孕晚期为3.70~7.58 IU/mL,TGAb参考值范围在孕晚期为15.69~52.60 IU/mL。孕期与非孕期参考范围存在差异。结论:建立甘肃张掖市妊娠晚期甲状腺激素参考值范围有一定参考价值。
Abstract: Objective: To study the medical reference value range of serum thyroid hormone in late pregnancy in Zhangye, Gansu. Methods: From January 2020 to September 2021, pregnant women in late pregnancy who were in the outpatient department of obstetrics and gynecology, Hexi University Affiliated Zhangye People’s Hospital were collected. 120 cases of in late pregnancy were selected through detailed medical history, physical examination, and questionnaires. Siemens ADVIA Centaur XP detector detects serum thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), free thyroxine (FT4), free triiodothyronine (FT3), triiodothyronine (T3), and thyroxine (T4), anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody (Anti-TPO), anti-thyroglobulin antibody (TGAb), and statistical analysis of the results to establish the medical reference value range of thyroid hormone in late pregnancy in Zhangye city. Results: The FT3 value range during late pregnancy in Zhangye was 3.82~4.41 pmol/L, the FT4 value range was 10.29~12.42 pmol/L, and the T3 value range was 1.79~2.38 nmol/L. The T4 value range is 106.86~159.52 nmol/L, the TSH reference value range is 1.44~3.45 uIU/mL. The TPO reference value range is 3.70~7.58 IU/mL, and the TGAb reference value range is 15.69~52.60 IU/mL. There is a difference in the reference range between pregnancy and non-pregnancy. Conclusion: There is certain reference value to establish the reference value range of thyroid hormone in late pregnancy in Zhangye area.
