社会工作支持农村独居丧偶老年女性互助养老研究

Research on Social Work Support for Mutual Assistance for the Elderly of Widowed Older Women in Rural Areas Living Along

摘要: 我国人口老龄化不断加剧，突出表现在农村老龄化、老龄女性化。农村独居丧偶老年女性群体日渐庞大，其养老问题更加严峻。通过以农村独居丧偶老年女性为研究对象，分析得出其生存现状主要表现在自我认同度低、情感慰藉不足、休闲方式单一、缺乏安全保障等四方面，以增能理论为基础，从个体、群体、社区三个层面对农村独居丧偶老年女性互助养老进行社会工作支持，最后提出相关政策建议，使农村独居丧偶老年女性互助养老在个体、群体、社区、社会多个层面得到增能，以期对改善农村独居丧偶老年女性的老年生活有所助益。

Abstract: With the increasing aging of China’s population, rural aging and aging feminization are prominent. The number of widowed older women living alone in rural areas is increasing, and their pension problems are becoming more serious. As the research object, the widowed older women living alone in rural areas are analyzed and concluded that their survival status is mainly reflected in low self-esteem, the lack of emotional comfort, single leisure mode, lack of security. On the basis of the theory of energized, this research explores to use social work support for mutual assistance for the elderly of widowed older women living alone in rural areas from three aspects: individual, group, community. Finally, relevant policy suggestions are put forward to enable the widowed older women living alone in rural areas to support each other in individual, group, community and society. It is expected to be helpful to improve the old age life of widowed older women living alone in rural areas.
