响应面法优化辣木叶总黄酮提取工艺的研究

摘要: 以辣木叶为原料,采用超声波辅助乙醇提取法提取辣木叶总黄酮。通过单因素试验考察乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取温度对总黄酮得率的影响,并利用响应面试验优化提取工艺。研究表明,辣木叶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度为80.4%,料液比为1:70 g/mL,提取时间为80 min,提取温度为51℃,此条件下总黄酮得率为6.585%。
Abstract: Moringa oleifera leaves were used as raw materials to extract total flavonoids from Moringa oleifera leaf by ultrasonic assisted ethanol extraction. The effects of ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction temperature on the yield of total flavonoids were investigated by single factor test, and response surface test was used to optimize the extraction process. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows: ethanol concentration of 80.4%, solid-liquid ratio of 1:70 g/mL, extraction time of 80 min, extraction temperature of 51˚C; the yield of total flavonoids was 6.585%.
